This is the story of Stephen Griffiths... the Crossbow Cannibal. I mean, bizarre may be the best way to describe this horrible monster. He had bizarre concerns about his hair, used a bizarre weapon and had a bizarre outlook on who he actually was.
The Crossbow Cannibal was active over in England in 2009 and 2010, but his shocking actions have ripple effects that are felt to this very day.
