Welcome to Graubunden – Switzerland’s best kept secret and joining me to uncover this hidden gem is Mohamed Abou Alatta from Visit Graubünden, as we dive into the magic of this stunning region.

  • Davos - Home to a peaceful lake, panoramic views from Jakobshorn Mountain and the historic Schatzalp, perfect for leisurely walks and unwinding in nature.
  • Flims Laax - A haven for nature lovers with stunning landscapes and Caumasee, which is one of Switzerland’s most beautiful lakes.
  • Samnaun - A unique duty-free village near the Austrian border, featuring a scenic cable car ride to Ischgl. Ideal for shopping, hiking, and soaking in the mountain views.
  • Bernina Express - One of the most beautiful train rides in the world with one route earning the UNESCO World Heritage status.
  • Scuol - A picturesque village known for its mineral baths, spa hotels like Hotel Belvedere, rich Romansh culture, and proximity to the Swiss National Park.
  • Senda dil Dragun (Laax) - The world’s longest treetop walk (1.5 km, up to 28m high) with viewing platforms, a slide, zipline and sound installations, a perfect place for families and photographers.
  • Il Spir (Flims) - An eagle’s nest-style platform overlooking the dramatic Rhine Gorge, offering unforgettable panoramic views.
  • Heidi Village, Maienfeld - Step into the world of the beloved storybook character in the scenic village of Maienfeld, surrounded by the landscapes that inspired the original Heidi tale.
