PP30 Outline: https://presenceofbeing.notion.site/P...Welcome to PP30: 30 Days of Practicing PresenceWhat is PP30?PP30 (Practice Presence 30) is a 30-day mindfulness challenge designed to help you reconnect with the present moment through simple, daily practices. This challenge is all about incorporating small, repeated moments of awareness that gradually help you appreciate more of the now.To do everyday for 30 days:

  • 10 min meditation
  • Journal reflections right after meditation (Write the date, time, and length of meditation)
  • 3x pocket of presence of “self” and list out what those were
  • 3x pocket of presence of “environment” and list out what those were
  • Answer Final Reflection Questions

On Day 30:Write one simple sentence to describe your state of being after 30 days of presence. Let it be open and honest.1. How has your relationship with the present moment changed over the past 30 days?2. What felt different about your days when you were truly present?3. If you could carry one thing forward from this challenge into the rest of your life, what would it be?If you try this, let me know and good luck!
