From Wall Street to Wine with Neha Kumar...

Rebecca Minkoff
About this episode

This week on SUPERWOMEN, I sat down with Neha Kumar, co-founder and COO of Full Glass Wine Co., a brand acquisition and management firm that focuses on revitalizing the direct-to-consumer wine market. In an inspiring conversation, she teaches us about entrepreneurship, resilience, and redefining success on your own terms. Neha’s career began in finance and banking before she pivoted into the startup world—learning through failure and eventually building and selling companies across multiple industries.

In this episode, Neha shares why she lives by the philosophy of “burn the ships,” how working in six-month increments helps her stay focused, and how she fits her professional goals into her personal life work-life balance. “It’s all just one” when integrating family, career, and ambition into a single, meaningful whole, she says. We talk about how she found herself again through work after facing postpartum struggles and what it took to build Full Glass Wine Co. through the acquisition of seven wine brands in just 18 months.

We get into the importance of understanding what season you’re in—whether you’re sprinting or running a marathon—and how to make it all work by letting the different parts of your life move together. Neha’s story is honest, energizing, and a reminder that you don’t need a perfect plan—just the courage to go after what you want next.

Thank you for listening! Don’t forget to order my book, “Fearless: The New Rules for Unlocking Creativity, Courage, and Success.”
