Some Players Don’t Look Capable Of Deali...

Rio Ferdinand Presents
About this episode

Ste and Joel join Rio for this episode where they look ahead to Manchester United and Arsenal’s crucial midweek European matches after a difficult weekend in the Premier League,

Rio admits he feels sorry for some of the players who don’t look capable of handling the pressure of playing at Old Trafford and debates with Ste about the value and potential of Alejandro Garnacho. Ste asks Rio to analyse the reasons for Leny Yoro’s improved form and details why Ruben Amorim is able to build a connection with supporters in a way that Erik Ten Hag wasn’t able to.

After meeting Mason Mount’s father in Dubai, Rio discusses how players gain or lose confidence after joining the club and states that Bruno Fernandes is the “only player with confidence” after a 4-1 loss at Newcastle.

Joel and Rio discuss how Mikel Arteta should approach the second leg against Real Madrid and they praise Ste for opening up on a recent video where he detailed his journey to losing a 100lbs and the strength it took to do so.
