First up, Juliette Ferrington has been to see Leicester City manager Ruud van Nistelrooy, who explains what it takes mentally and physically to try to stay in the top flight.

Meanwhile, Sky Sports’ Ron Walker has been chatting to Wolves boss Vitor Pereira, who says the pressure in the Premier League is nothing like he faced when he managed Porto.
