E95 What Does Your Soul Truly Want—and H...

Katie Farinas
About this episode

In this episode, we’re exploring one of life’s most important and powerful questions: What does your soul truly want? If you’ve ever felt stuck, lost, or unsure of your next step, this conversation will guide you back to your inner compass—the quiet wisdom that lives within each of us.

We’ll talk about how to get still enough to hear your higher self, how to shift from focusing on lack to inviting abundance, and how to move beyond ego-driven desires to uncover the deep yearnings of your heart and soul.

We’ll also dive into:
✨ The importance of quiet and stillness in connecting to your inner guidance
✨ How to reframe challenges by focusing on what you do want (instead of what you lack)
✨ Why your desires become more powerful when they come from the heart rather than the ego
✨ The practice of non-attachment, and trusting the Universe to handle the how and when

What does all this have to do with a North Star?
For centuries, sailors have navigated by the North Star—a steady, constant guide in the sky. Just like those ancient navigators, we each have an inner North Star that can guide us through life’s storms. But we can only see it when we pause long enough to look up—or in this case, look within.

Your Invitation:
As you listen, I invite you to take part in a simple exercise:

  • Identify a challenge in your life.
  • Imagine what your life would feel like if that challenge was already resolved.
  • From that place of possibility and freedom, ask yourself: What does my soul truly want next?

Note: The Sanskrit word used in the meditation is Yam
