The famed Maltese Bulldog has gone missing from the Museum of Dog History – lies, double-crossing, and an epic chase await Snoop and Sniffy on this action-packed case. 

A blizzard has hit Bark Street, trapping everyone inside. But somehow, the bluesy sounds of jazz are swirling through the air with the snowflakes. Where are these magical blues coming from? 

Snoop and Sniffy travel to the bustling streets of Manila, capital city of the Philippines, to help fellow dog detective, Marietta, catch a thief who keeps stealing delectable food treats from the annual neighborhood street picnic.
