Title: Beneath the Midnight Sky

Level: Intermediate (B1-B2)

Story:

Luna has spent a year haunted by the sudden disappearance of Theo, her best friend and the person she secretly loved. When he unexpectedly returns under the midnight sky, it stirs a storm of emotions—anger, heartbreak, and unresolved feelings. Theo admits he left because he was afraid of how deeply he cared for Luna, convinced that leaving was the best way to protect them both. As they navigate fragile conversations and raw emotions, Luna struggles to balance her lingering love with the pain of abandonment. Through late-night talks, quiet moments, and unspoken truths, they confront the past and realize that love isn’t always about perfect timing—it’s about having the courage to return. Luna may not find easy forgiveness, but beneath the starlit sky, they both find something even more important: a second chance.
