About this episode

The Outcast Podcast Weekly Recap: Dogs, Hockey, War, and Laughter

Welcome back to another unfiltered, unpredictable, and wildly entertaining episode of The Outcast Podcast! This week, we covered everything from unexpected wildlife attacks to international hockey drama, high-stakes global politics, and, of course, classic comedy. Buckle up!

Gentry’s Dog Goes Beast Mode

It started as an ordinary day until Gentry’s dog decided to channel its inner predator and take down an unsuspecting bird. Was it an accident? A primal instinct kicking in? Or is Gentry secretly training an attack squad? The jury’s still out, but one thing’s for sure—nature is brutal, and so is the cleanup.

Canada Booed the U.S. Anthem… and Got Spanked

In one of the most satisfying karma moments of the week, Canadian hockey fans booed The Star-Spangled Banner before their matchup against Team USA. What followed? A dominant 3-1 victory by the American squad, sending a clear message that you don’t mess with the anthem unless you’re ready to pay the price. We break down the game, the disrespect, and the delicious irony of it all.

Ending the Ukraine War – Can It Happen?

We took a deep dive into the Ukraine-Russia conflict and the latest talks about bringing the war to an end. Is peace actually on the horizon, or is this just political theater? The conversation got heated as we debated what it would take for both sides to walk away and what role the U.S. should be playing in the resolution.

Steakhouse or Gay Bar? The Game You Didn’t Know You Needed

One of our favorite segments this week was Steakhouse or Gay Bar, where we tested each other’s knowledge (or lack thereof) on establishments with ambiguous names. Turns out, deciphering whether “The Rusty Spur” serves prime rib or prime-time drag performances isn’t as easy as you’d think.

Saturday Night Live: 50 Years of Comedy Gold

With SNL celebrating its 50th anniversary, we all shared our favorite sketches and legendary moments from the show’s history. From More Cowbell to Celebrity Jeopardy and everything in between, we took a trip down memory lane and paid tribute to the comedic institution that has kept us laughing (and occasionally cringing) for five decades.

Final Thoughts

This week’s episode was packed with absurdity, passion, and the kind of banter that only The Outcast Podcast can deliver. Whether we’re breaking down global conflicts or debating the best SNL sketches of all time, one thing remains true—we keep it real, raw, and ridiculously fun.

Make sure to subscribe, leave us a review, and tune in next week for more hot takes, wild stories, and unfiltered opinions. Until then, stay outcast!
