The song of the great victory of the Redeemer God is in focus in the chapter. We examine the worshipful song that seems to be something the redeemed people of God could not help but to sing now that they were out of Egypt. In Egypt there was no song but only groans and cries. Now they have as song to sing having the rich blessing of being saved, being the people of God, having Him dwell with them, and because He is bringing them to the land of their inheritance.
