"Be angry, and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger." Ephesians 4:26. As followers of Christ we have to be "long nosed". We don't need to stew in our feelings but rather be patient with ourselves, take it to God, and then seek closure and understanding. 

When we have the faith to believe it gives us the ability to obey. Being obedient to Gods word is a daily thing. Do not be conformed to the passions of your former self. Just as God is holy we are called to be holy and it begins with our obedience. 

Having discipline is one of the most important things we can have when obeying God. By doing so it shows his presence in our lives and the power he provides us through our faith.
