Her teaching career spanned prestigious institutions in Lebanon and the United States, including the Corcoran School of the Arts, and Georgetown University.
Through her art, Afaf expresses her vision of the world as a "garden without walls", embodying freedom and openness shaped by her experiences of exile and separation.
