Robert Poynter was a fireman in a failing marriage with a woman named Chacey, who was actively cheating on him and not really trying to keep it a secret. Robert was over the marriage, but decided to remain with her, likely to keep custody of their daughter. But one night, Chacey called 911, hyperventilating, out of breath, saying that her husband had been shot in the head... and she had a lot more to say.
