WAKE UP, GET UP, RISE UP BECAUSE GOD IS ABOUT TO STRIKE!
There’s an expression that lightning doesn’t strike twice in the same place. People truly believe that and think that once they’ve been through one chastisement or one bad experience in life that they’re okay, at least for a while. They’re lulled into a false sense of security thinking that everything is going to be alright. However, let me tell you here and now that the statement that lightning doesn’t strike twice in the same place is just not true. In fact, according to the experts, the Empire State Building is struck at least 25 times per year. Do you really want to get struck by God 25 times a year? Believe me, God will send as many strikes as many times as necessary in order to get us up and out of where we are when we’re in sin. He will send strikes against us again and again in order for us to wake up, get up and rise up from the sin that we’re committing! God wants to set His people free from the bondage of sin which keeps them in captivity to the enemy.
