One on One | Preston’s Whatmough on over...

SKY SPORTS
About this episode
“There’s so many highs and lows in football that you don’t take the highs too high and the lows, you can’t let them affect you”.

In an exclusive interview for One on One, Preston defender Jack Whatmough talks openly and honestly about dealing with injury as a young player and overcoming alcohol addiction.

Jack was able to find the help he needed thanks to the Professional Footballers’ Association and we’re also joined by former Manchester City player, Jeff Whitley, from the PFA’s Wellbeing team.
