About this episode

This long holiday weekend is the most popular time to buy a Christmas tree. It's always a bit of a challenge putting the tree in your home and decorating it, but there's an added wrinkle…bugs! Did you know a pine tree can have as many as 25,000 critters hiding on the branches and needles - so what should you do? And a woman was swimming in the Florida Gulf when she was attacked by a shark, nearly losing her life. But, she's extra thankful today for the little miracles that enabled this mother of three to live - the ER nurses who just happened to be on the beach, and the first responders who got her to the hospital. Plus, they say one man's trash is another man's treasure. Only in this case, it's a woman who hit the jackpot. She was thrift shopping and snagged a gorgeous wedding gown for just 25 bucks. She's not engaged - but, Ann Mercogliano says she's over the moon at her incredible bargain. And you've probably cooked your turkey by now...but if you haven’t, or have a turkey emergency - who you going to call? Butterball, of course!
