108. Building a Community Focused Pilate...

Alexa Cawley
About this episode

Goli Soli is the incredible owner of Jetset Pilates SoHo. She just opened her new location in SoHo, New York a few weeks ago. It was so fun hearing about the experience of opening her NYC Pilates studio in real time!

Goli and I discussed her journey in the fitness industry and her experience opening a studio in the competitive NYC market. We discussed the excitement, and challenges, of opening a studio, how she has embraced building a community with not only customers but neighbors, and the importance of hiring aligned talent. Clear communication and fostering a positive culture is not always easy in the fitness industry but Goli shares her insights into ensuring Jetset Pilates prioritizes both.

I have personally visited Jetset Pilates and absolutely loved my experience! I hope you enjoy the episode!
