Ps Adam opens with an anecdote where he wasted his time and failed to succeed - a Pointless Pursuit. He then describes numerous distractions that we are confronted with and that can draw us away from God's calling in our lives. He doesn't leave us feeling guilty, though, but provides Biblical solutions to help us have a more meaningful life, the one God wants for us.
