Educating the Next Generation of Auto De...

Glenn Pasch
About this episode

Today, we’re diving into the world of education, but not from the typical employee training angle. Instead, we’re focusing on higher education: How are institutions preparing the next generation of young professionals for the workforce? What essential skills do they need to succeed, and what should business leaders understand about this evolving landscape?

To explore these questions, we’ve invited a special guest, Elgie Bright, Chair of the Automotive Department at Northwood University. He’s uniquely positioned to provide insights into how education and industry are working together to shape the future.

Let’s get started with today’s episode.

About Elgie Bright:

Elgie Bright is the Automotive Department Chair at
Northwood University, teaching classes on Dealership
Operations, Business Management, Marketing, and Industry
