Today’s Happy Hour Special: 🍺 Butterbeer Old Fashioned
Recipe: The G&M Kitchen
Ingredients:
· 1 12-ounce bottle cream soda
· 1/4 cup butterscotch topping
· 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
· 1 dash black walnut bitters
· 1 ounce heavy whipping cream
· Ice
Instructions: Heat the cream soda in a small pot for 5–10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the butterscotch topping. Let cool. Add the bourbon, 1 ounce of the cream soda mixture, and a dash of walnut bitters to a rocks glass with ice. Stir to combine. Add whipping cream to a cocktail shaker and shake until thickened. Pour the cream on top of the cocktail and enjoy!
