About this episode

Donald Trump has headlined a rally at New York's Madison Square Garden but there has been criticism of a series of vulgar and racist remarks by allies of the Republican candidate at the event. The make-up of Japan's future government is uncertain after voters punished Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba's scandal-tainted ruling coalition in a weekend election. Egypt has proposed an initial two-day ceasefire in Gaza. Plus, Uruguay's voters take two centrist candidates through to the second round and reject pension reforms.
