During the 1990’s, the small California tourist town of Domino Beach was terrorized by one of the most vile and cunning serial killers in American history. The brutal murder spree put the quiet surfing community on the map, and made the career of young journalist Courtney Barnes, who documented the case from the discovery of the first victim all the way to the killer’s trial and conviction.
