It's officially time to summon a parent, your partner, a friend, a house mate, neighbour, or heck, even a stranger off the street (just kidding, please don't do that) to help you rehearse! All you have to do is send them a link to this episode.

In this week's episode, Sarah and Emma tell your practice buddy how the answers should be structured, what to give feedback on and what's not a big deal.
Your practice buddy doesn't need to know a whole lot about your job or achievements, in fact, sometimes this makes them an even better, objective helper.
