Sean “Diddy” Combs was denied bail and taken into custody Tuesday September 17th after pleading not guilty in federal court to charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. Combs is a media mogul and innocent until proven guilty. Today on the show I welcome former prosecutor and current defense attorney in New York City, Jason Goldman to discuss the case and indictment.
