The pager attacks in Lebanon. On Tuesday, hundreds of pagers carried by members of Hezbollah, a U.S.-designated terrorist group, detonated simultaneously across Lebanon. The Lebanese government blamed Israel for the attack — an assertion confirmed by U.S. officials — although Israel has denied responsibility thus far.
