3 & Out - Sunday Night Football Reaction...

iHeartPodcasts and The Volume
About this episode

John reacts to the Houston Texans' 19-13 victory over the Chicago Bears on Sunday Night Football. The big question: Is Caleb Williams starting to look like a bust after all the hype surrounding his No. 1 overall draft pick status? On the other hand, C.J. Stroud looked fantastic, leading a well-balanced Texans team that seems like a legitimate contender with strong performances on both offense and defense.

Later, in this week's overrated/underrated segment, John takes a closer look at several teams and players. Did we underestimate just how bad the New York Giants really are? John also admits he may have overrated Bo Nix, as the rookie quarterback looked overwhelmed running Sean Payton's offense in the Broncos' loss to the Steelers. On the flip side, Cardinals QB Kyler Murray has matured and is playing at an elite level—when he's dialed in, he's one of the most dominant QBs in the league.
