262: Change Your Life Through Toltec Wis...

Aileen Xu
About this episode
How can we live authentically and release suffering? In this episode, we explore these questions with Don Jose Ruiz, son of Don Miguel Ruiz, author of "The Four Agreements." Don Jose highlights that viewing life as a dream and grasping the concepts of life and death are crucial for transcending suffering. Through his own journey of overcoming addiction and temporary blindness, he shows that true freedom lies in unlearning limiting beliefs and seeing beyond life's illusions.

Don Jose Ruiz is a renowned Toltec Master of Transformation and a contemporary Shaman. As a direct descendant of the Eagle Knight Toltecs, he carries forward a rich lineage of wisdom. He is the son of Don Miguel Ruiz, the acclaimed author of the New York Times bestseller The Four Agreements. Don Jose Ruiz has authored The Fifth Agreement among his six other influential works. Together with his family, he conducts workshops and guides transformative journeys across the globe.
