Donald Trump said that he will not support a ballot referendum to expand abortion access in Florida just 24 hours after infuriating religious conservatives with an inartful attempt to sidestep questions about how he would vote in his home state. Vice President Kamala Harris, in a statement, slammed Trump’s pledge to vote “no” on the amendment that would protect the right to have an abortion until a fetus is viable and override the state’s six-week abortion ban.
