All throughout the Lord’s prayer we get a glimpse into the heart and care of the Lord towards his people. God cares about our lives, and Jesus knows that the worst thing for us is to deliver us into sin that seeks to destroy us. He doesn’t come to us with condemnation and shame, but as free and redeemed people who are seeking to become more like him. In this week’s message, Pastor Ryan Schlachter communicates the inevitability of temptation, but the resolve and strength we find in Jesus to fight, resist, and flee it.
