Students have begun their return to classrooms, and so have their phones. School boards and state legislatures across the nation have implemented bans on cellphones to draw children back into learning, with states like New York and California ready to test the waters on bans of their own. While many have touted the positive effects of banning phones in school, parents and some teachers are skeptical.
