Episode 652: Peadar Keating extradition ...

Sunday World
About this episode

Kinahan top brass Peadar Keating has had a stay put on his extradition proceedings to the UK to face trial on conspiracy charges as the courts consider whether he is ready to stand trial and how any sentence he may get should be served.

Complexities around the case mean that Keating remains in Portlaoise Prison while Kavanagh and his brother-in-law Liam Byrne and other co-defendants prepare for trial next month.

Nicola speaks to Eamon Dillon about Keating and the case for the defence.
