Menopause can be a psychologically challenging time for women. This change in life brings many unpleasant symptoms and challenges that often leave women struggling to feel desirable. It’s a time when most women begin struggling with the emotional impact of lost youth. This can bring on feelings of loss, depression and a struggle to find a new identity as women enter into this next chapter of life.

This 4 part podcast series breaks down some of the most common menopause symptoms and our top dietary, lifestyle & supplemental suggestions that can help you manage menopause like a goddess! 

In this podcast we explore anxiety/depression, back pain, breast tenderness, difficulty concentrating and disruptive sleep.
