Girls That Invest
About this episode

Welcome back to Girls That Startup, a weekly series where we spill the tea on how to create a seven-figure side hustle - because no one saves their way to wealth. You’re joined by Sim, a seven-figure business owner, and Maia, an entrepreneur in the making.

This week, Sim and Maia discuss their experiences of being in a rut and share strategies for getting out of it. They emphasise the importance of acknowledging and sharing their feelings with supportive friends and family. They also discuss the value of writing down their frustrations and setting small goals to regain momentum. Maya highlights the importance of being patient with oneself and not judging negative thoughts or emotions. Sim suggests treating oneself like a newborn and focusing on basic needs such as sleep, nutrition, and movement. They conclude by encouraging listeners to reach out for support and share the episode to help others.
