Welcome back to Teachers Off Duty! This week our hosts Bri Richardson, Jess Smith, and Tyler Jackowski share the craziest things that students have said to them.
We all love a good roast, but it really doesnât hit when it's coming from a twelve year old kid. Our students can be really brutal, and we start off the episode by saying the worst insults our students have given us. Some of these are really hurtful, from making fun of our fashion, to our career decisions; these kids are really going for the throat. All this being said however, is it unprofessional to clap back at their insults, or should we just remember not to take it so personal?
These kids are really not pulling any punches recently with their roasts, Bri shares a story about a student that called her poor for never skiing before. Big talk coming from someone who still gets an allowance! Tyler also shares his story of a kid who made fun of his hair, and lets just say things got a little out of hand, tune in to find out what happened!
But it's not all about hurtful student insults, we also are celebrating Halloween a little early this year with our hostâs sharing their paranormal experiences in haunted schools.
