This episode is an invitation to move into more of yourself through self witnessing and witnessing of others in the purest sense. It’s an invitation to enter into your own deep wisdom — that part of you that knows that you are no longer interested in living in polarity and not only the very visible and evident polarity — but also the more subtle energy of polarity that keeps you from being in resonance with your own authentic self.
It's a call to reclaim the true essence of your divine and infinite nature, and to release, like a set of heavy clothes that no longer fit, the false programs you have been wearing.
When you become adept at truly witnessing yourself, you are able to deepen into the medicine of love that you are, you are better able to express the language of love that comes from connecting to your own Source without the interference of outside programs of polarity and division. It is a powerful act of self love, which naturally becomes universal love on this planet.
Here is the poem I wrote when I first taught my Witnessing classes years ago, which I think expresses the deep joy that true witnessing can bring to our lives;
Show me who you are
and I will celebrate that beauty with you
Show me how you are here expressing
Show me the beauty of your authentic voice witnessed
I long to hear it, as much as I long to hear my own
Show me who you are
and my ears will drink in that beauty in you
As I open to see the beauty in myself
and allow myself to be witnessed in all the ways I move in this world
I can see more of the dance of love expressing and moving through you
Show me who you are
and we will dance barefoot on the Earth with joy
I will give you all the space you need to show me who you are
I will witness your grace as you show me that note being sung through you to all of creation
Those notes we sing together with our love as we bring medicine to this Earth
Show me who you are—truly
and we will sing with that beauty in us

When you begin to know that aspect of yourself that is divine, that is infinite, that is pure love, and is here now to anchor that on this earth - you don’t need to judge, give advice, etc. when someone else is expressing. You honour the divinity of others and celebrate with joy as both of you move into deeper and deeper creative expressions of your embodied light.
