Dr. Haridass discusses her book Creating Happiness: Building Yourself From The Inside Out

Dr. Haridass is a Kundalini Yoga Lead Teacher Trainer, entrepreneur, and author of Creating Happiness: Building Yourself From The Inside Out. Haridass is the Founder of Infinite Goddess School of Human Advancement, an International Lead Teacher Trainer of Kundalini Yoga, and enthusiast of life. Her holistic studies include Traditional Chinese Medicine, energetic bodywork and Reiki. Haridass is a certified Kundalini Yoga Research Institute (KRI) Mentoring Lead Trainer and Yoga Alliance 500-Hour ERT Trainer.

Born in Vietnam at the end of a war, Haridass immigrated to the USA, and witnessed pain and injustice. She struggled to find the larger meaning of life and fulfillment. After decades of seeking, traveling, and studying various modalities of healing, she is now ready to share her learn-by-doing approach to self-empowerment and sovereignty.  Practicing the science and technology of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, we become aware of how our breath, words, movement, and meditation change our core frequency. www.infinitegoddess.com
