WikiLeaks founder returns to Australia

The high-level meeting on economic and trade affairs between China and the United States has concluded in Geneva. Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng said the two sides have reached substantive progress and important consensus. 

A Chinese diplomat says the country is ready to strengthen coordination with Latin American countries to uphold international multilateralism. 

The fourth ministerial meeting of a forum between China and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States will convene in Beijing on Tuesday.
