#41 Digestive Issues - No time to absor...

Tracey Stevens
About this episode

You may have heard the phrase 'rest and digest' - our body is designed to absorb food best when we are relaxed. So what happens to our digestion when we are stressed? And where does the stress come from?

In this episode we explore the roots of one person's  stress and uncover a deep belief that is driving the body to feel stressed, on edge and never quite relaxed enough to absorb the present moment.

You can find me on Instagram @thehealingpoint._ , YouTube https://www.youtube.com/@Traceystevens-rcp
Or my website www.traceystevens.org

Inside you’ll find courses, and workshops as well as the Emotional Anatomy Library — with many unpublished podcasts, all designed to help you understand why your body still carries what your mind says should be over.

And if you'd like to have a real conversation with me - email me info@traceystevens.org I'd be happy to connect with you.
