In Sudafrica l’età media è 28 anni. E se per la prima volta in trent’anni l’esito delle elezioni di oggi è incerto c’entra molto il voto dei Millennials e della Generazione Z. Il partito al potere da quando nel paese non c’è più l’apartheid imposto dalla minoranza bianca, questa volta – secondo i sondaggi – non arriverà a prendere il 50 per cento dei voti. Il Sudafrica ha un problema enorme di disoccupazione e di criminalità: chi non ha un legame affettivo con la storia del movimento di liberazione, non è più disposto a perdonare al partito di governo, l’African National Congress.
