After the chaos of the last episode, our heroes just want a relaxing, quiet day in the Pflugerville Library. But who keeps making noise?! 

Lucy Wow’s new superhero strength has led to a fallout between her and Bobby Wonder. But when Mighty Mila threatens the town with mischief, the two friends will have to reunite and reconcile to save the town from danger once again.
