S1 E5 Arthur's New Baby

Arthur’s third grade class is shocked when they discover that Mr. Ratburn is getting married. When they overhear Mr. Ratburn talking about a wedding with a woman named Patty, the kids worry that he’s marrying someone even tougher than he is! 

Muffy is determined to win the cookie competition at this year’s Strawberry Festival. Together with her friends, she makes the perfect batch of cookies with a brand new recipe. But she’ll have to decide which is more important: getting all the credit, or keeping her friends! 

Arthur is usually pretty calm, but even the most mild-mannered kid gets upset sometimes! When his friends ruin his brand new pair of sneakers, Arthur flips out. Will he be able to salvage his reputation—and his friendships?
