2014 saw the release of Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, set 15 years after the previous movie kicked off the ape-pocalypse. Caesar and friends have set themself up a nice little comminity in the forest separate from the old world until a bunch of humans come knocking setting both person and ape against one another.
