Breathe in and let yourself
deeply relax.
Feel yourself
letting go of stress,
letting go of tension,
and just completely relaxing.
PAUSE
Now, see if you can imagine,
walking along the beach,
in the pre-dawn hours,
with the moon, Mother Luna,
still shining her light
on the waves and sand.
PAUSE
And, as you walk along the shore,
you feel a sense of protection
coming from the moon,
as she lights your way.
PAUSE
You continue on your walk,
and with each step,
you feel more connected
to your emotions.
What are you feeling?
Give yourself permission
to feel the emotions,
knowing that Mother Luna
will protect you.
PAUSE
Now, take a deep breath,
and continue walking
along the shore.
PAUSE
After a moment,
you feel your third eye opening,
and the light of the moon
entering it.
As the moonlight enters,
visions come to you,
intuitive visions
of beautiful things
coming your way.
Take a moment,
and let those visions unfold.
PAUSE
Now, take a deep breath.
Relax.
And continue on your walk.
PAUSE
And, as your walking,
pause.
And gaze up at Mother Luna,
who seems to smile upon you
with infinite love.
Your gaze fills with love in return.
PAUSE
You continue gazing at the moon,
as she graciously fades her light,
so her brother,
the sun,
can light the day.
But as you move on into your day,
you feel gratitude for
Mother Luna’s
Protection,
Guidance,
And Love.
