Memories unite us: Brought to you by Cad...

MANCHESTER UNITED
About this episode

This week Sam, Helen and Maysie have teamed up with Cadbury for a trip down memory lane. Cadbury and Manchester United are national treasures that have always been there in our living memories, and these cultural reference points are a powerful way to inspire memories of the past.”

With this in mind, it’s Cadbury’s 200th anniversary this year and as part of the celebration, they have partnered with Alzheimer's Research UK to support those living with Alzheimer’s. For more information about the wider campaign and to find out how you can get involved, please go to manutd.com/MemoriesUniteUs

Today on the show:

  • Sam, Helen & Maysie share their early United memories.
  • We chat with Jason Leach about how the club are helping fans by hosting reminiscing sessions at Old Trafford.
  • Two members of these reminiscing sessions, Sean & Digger, will be joining us.
  • We'll hear some lovely stories from fans of the club
  • And we’ll pay tribute to Tom Clare, a very special United fan and author of Manchester United books, who sadly, is no longer with us.

Thank you to our partner Cadbury for making this special episode happen.

To join in with the reminiscing sessions at Old Trafford, contact the museum on +44 161 676 7770 or email: museum.enquiries@manutd.co.uk
