Creating and honoring our boundaries can be tricky.Ā
Because as we change,

And sometimes we create a boundary,

We can feel when saying yes feels good or not.Ā
We can feel when a routine is working or not.Ā
We can feel when we need more space or time.Ā

Sitting with ourselves,Ā
Feeling into our boundaries.Ā
So relax,
And let yourself find your rhythm.Ā Ā

Tune into that feeling in your belly,
