What’s swirling inside,
Doesn’t feel good.
Things are simply off.
It may be heavy,
It may be slight,
But it’s nothing at which to scoff.

But do you know,
You can shift?

Your entire attitude,
And therefore your world,
You can change how it’s viewed.
So settle yourself,
And come inside,
Identify the energy that’s here.
Give it a name,
And ask it to share,
What caused it to appear.

Breathe in this truth,
And the wisdom it gives,
About who you are and your life..
Learn from it now,
And decide right here,
You no longer want the strife.

In this moment you choose,
To make a conscious change,

So reach inside and touch,
The pools of energy within,
