This week Charli has Robbie Riggs on to talk about a winning culture.
Riggs shared his journey from being a mechanical engineering student to becoming a CEO. He started in technical support for an industrial application and gained experience in various roles including customer service, R&D, and distribution. Riggs also mentioned his relationship with Tedet, a key supplier and manufacturer. When Charli inquired about his choice of engineering, Riggs shared that he had initially thought of a career in architecture or real estate but ultimately found himself drawn to the business side of engineering.
