Genocide of the Germans in Yugoslavia

Bro History
About this episode

Following up from last time, On today's episode, we set the dive deeper into ethnic cleansing and subsequent genocide of the "Danube Swabian" Germans living in Yugoslavia after world war 2.

Importantly, we paint a picture of the brutality of the third reich towards the Yugoslavians before the end of the war as a backdrop for the brutality of communist partisans towards the remaining ethnic Germans in the region. We also struggle with reading some victim testimonies at the end, and it gets dark fast ... Fair warning.
