Andy visits new Florida State quarterback DJ Uiagalelei in Tallahassee to talk about Uiagalelei‘s wild journey through college football. He started at Clemson, thinking he’d be a three-and-done pro. He wound up transferring to Oregon State just as the Pac-12 blew up. Now he’s at Florida State trying to help the Seminoles keep their momentum going after an ACC title season. He discusses what it will feel like to play the Tigers, what he’s learned through four-plus years of college football and why he didn’t mind that Florida State took its time before offering him a scholarship.

Before that, Andy breaks down the comments from Texas athletic director Chris Del Conte about the SEC possibly moving to a nine-game conference schedule in 2026.

Later, you take over the show with your Dear Andy questions…

Why not start the season with bowl games?

What’s the best Redneck Riviera town?
